Using data.com Premium to find me some leads

I have been unable to get ahold of the person who I was awarding this project to, so I am reposting with some changes to make sure it's completely understood. I am looking for a spreadsheet of leads for Canada and the United States, with 5 different tabs. Tab 1 - Anyone with these words in their title: a. "Property" AND "Manager" b. "Property" AND "Management" Tab 2 - any executives at Property Management Companies or condos. (eg. titles with President, Vice President, VP, Director, Owner). I'm not sure if there's a field somewhere that allows you to determine which companies are property management companies - if not then the company name most often has any of these words or phrases in it: a. "Property Management" or b. "Management Services" or c. "Management" or d. "Condominium" or e. "Condominium" or f. "Apartment" or g. "Apartments" Tab 3 - For people who work at either a "College" or "University" (one of those words will be in the organization name). Please include any contacts that have either of these words in their title: a. "Housing" or b. "Residence" or c. "Residences" or d. "Student Life" Tab 4 - For people who work at either a "College" or "University" (one of those words will be in the organization name), I want only executives (eg. are either "Director" or "Vice President" or "VP" or "Manager") AND have one of these words in their title: a. "IT" or b. "ICT" or c. "Technology" or d. "Telecommunications" or e. "Communication Services" or f. "Networks" Tab 5 - anyone with one of these words or phrases in their title, at any organization a. "Condominium" or b. "Condo" or c. "Apartment" In all cases, I want a spreadsheet that captures their name, job title (eg. Condominium Property Manager), phone number, address, city, province/state, country (US or Canada only), email address, and company name. In your proposal, please let me know the cost as well as how many contacts will exist in each of these tabs. A sample file might be helpful.
