Sales Representative(Freelancer/Commission based) who can find me some Leads

Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountability: •Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. •Cold calling as appropriate within the allocated market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. •Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. •Research and map appropriate database as per the industry standards: Market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for business growth. Attend tradeshows and other networking events. •Keep CRM data up to date on own activities. •Scheduling onsite & offshore meetings with prospects. •Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and status reporting. Nature & Scope: •This position will have no direct reports. •Involves prospecting, database building & maintaining, researching, cold calling script preparation, relationship building. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: •Keeping good activity history and to-do task list in CRM (Knowledge of CRM is must). •Cold calling, email campaigns, Market Research, Database building Core Competencies: •Continuous Learning •Interpersonal Communications •Results Driven •Customer Awareness •Collaboration •Team Player Minimum Qualification: •Graduation/MBA(Marketing) •2 + years of Business Development experience.
