customize Joomla and extensions

Hi, I am developing a charity site with social networking features. I am going to use joomla, jomsocial, and joomla template from Rocket theme template "aftinity". I need to customize and modifying to our needs. I need someone who work well with joomla, jomsocial, and modifying joomla extensions to custom needs. Must be very open and willing to make suggestions and work logically, not just do what i tell you to do. I like people who worry about design and making content looking good from a design perspective and willing to work with a lot of changes until project is completed. The following things to be done in the website 1. Modify jomsocial to look good on the website. 2. Install some components to jomsocial 3. Customize contents of the sites 4. Open suggestion to any features to make use of jomsocial solution.
