Client Centre Integration - Joomla/PHP

Looking for immediate help with integrating our client centre with joomla databases -client centre built in PHP -database interfacing -joomla API experience -model-view-controller design partner Essentially client buys product in virtuemart and then gets flipped to client centre, but client centre needs to know what product what purchased and then walk clients through a series of “drawers”/steps – photo upload, survey and submit. We receive info, tag it to users and assign a due date and time in backend, and then interact with client in private blog Clients need to see progress of where product is at and once stylist is finished they put pdf file in 4th drawer which notifies user it’s there. Needs to be stylized to match site Have steps broken down in full. Would be working closely with designer who built the PHP just need joomla database interfacing expert.
