Apply Existing HTML Template to Joomla

We are in need of someone to apply our pre-existing website template to a Joomla installation. The project should be very simple for someone familiar with Joomla. I will supply you with an html template, CSS and images from our existing site's template. It will be almost an exact copy of our existing store, with a few minor adjustments to the template (e.g. increasing the width of the page, customizing color settings within the Joomla software, etc.).
Our existing site can be viewed at [url removed, login to view] (focus more on a page like [url removed, login to view] than then first landing page).
This job does not include copying our current content over to the new CMS, only customizing the template.
Bidder requirements:
- must provide a portfolio of previous Joomla experience.
- must be responsive to email and willing to dialog with us until project is complete.
- must be willing to do a brief walkthrough of the customization over the phone once the project is complete, just in case we need to make minor tweaks down the road.
- must be able to complete project by mid-July.
