Develop the Whakaty app

www.whakaty.com. I am looking for a co-technical partner with vested interests to build the whakaty app. An app that tracks time in the background whilst your working on your p.c and converts the time into billable working hours. The hard part is building and in-bound software that feeds the website app with data that has been collected.
