I have a timesheet, which has four columns: 1) Time-In, 2) Time-Out, 3) Lunch Hours, 4) Work Hours. User will enter Time-In and Time-Out values. The difference of these two values will (initially) be displayed under Work Hours. The user will then enter the Lunch Hours. A new computed value will be displayed under Work Hours. For example, user enters Time-In as "08:00 am" and Time-Out as "08:00 pm". It will automatically display "12.00" under Work Hours (initially). The user then decides to enter "2.00" as his Lunch Hours. A new value of "10.00" will automatically be computed under Work Hours. Also, all values under Lunch Hours and Work Hours are decimal hours. (ie 0.25 for 15 minutes, 0.50 for 30 minutes, 0.75 for 45 minutes. I have attached a sample timesheet.
