HI Is the command that you have in Dockerfile the starting command? 'CMD Xvfb -ac -screen scrn 1280x2000x24 :9.0 & export DISPLAY=:9.0 && npm start' PS. i have created this Docker image already but it seems your application is having issues with itself. ;) I assume you need this docker image to be x11 capable?
