Convert mpeg to flv

I have a 113MB mpeg video file (approx 5 mins, includes audio) that I need converted to streaming FLV format including nice player, and deployed on my website. Dialup and broadband versions are required. The output must be of high quality. Please only bid if you can provide this, and have done this type of work before.
