Build video chat/conference module using Twilio's WebRTC solution in our Grails Application

Our web based app was developed on Grails 2.4 framework. We use HTML5, Angular.JS, Javascript and JQuery for frontend. We would need someone to build a video application using Twilio’s available WebRTC and Javascript APIs into our Grails application that would allow users to video chat with their team or customers. The user of our app should be able to launch a chat with one of their contacts when they click the chat icon next to the contact, or from the list of available side panel modal that would list all their team/company members who are using our app, and also their contacts from their contact list. We are looking for someone who had experience building with Twilio WebRTC solution and don't have to start from scratch, and who could utilize the javascript code and API that Twilio provides and start with it. This is just for beta app we are launching and don't need all the advanced interface. We will be upgrading to better functionality later in 6 months. Experience using Grails and Twilio is a must.
