App timing out when live on AWS but works fine locally

You should consider: 1. what are the resources (hardware) you have on the local machine vs. on the AWS machine 2. what's the location of the AWS node you created 3. what's the config params on both local and AWS machines I'm not a .NET developer and I'm not gonna take on this project, just giving you some piece of advice about it.
