I am a motion graphics designer in a small company. Among my responsibilities is the design and implementation of Flash projects. I am seeking a knowledgeable AS 3 developer to help me improve my coding skills. I would like to meet online several hours per week and discuss problems I am having with daily projects, and general coding practices. Typical tasks include writing custom classes; building custom video players; formatting XML; linking to databases; skinning components. This person should be good at communicating in English, and be patient and willing to work together on a long-term basis.

Hi, I can assist you in learning basics+AS3 very well from scrach. I can also teach Flex 3 if you desire in future. But you will have to follow steps I will suggest. I also started Flash programming after working as Instructor(multimedia) and designer(P.S, falsh 3ds max)for 3 yrs. Now I'm a hard core Flash programmer for last 4 yrs.
