Business catalyst Template

We need someone to build a template in Business Catalyst. I simply need someone that writes clean .CSS with comments easy to edit. preview: [login to view URL] The template will consist of 3 parts ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HEADER: width: 100% of screen - the header will include our corporate logo - a clean Jquery horizontal menu with rollover animation and drop down-menu ( I wish the opacity to be 50% to not completly hide the page content.) - there will be 4 items on the menu ( News, about us, department, services) - department has a drop down menu. - a neat skinned search field activated without button - field to login & view cart my cart, 1-800 number - drop down menu to change language on top right ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONTENT {tag_pagecontent} --> Any pages I create in business catalyst will appear here the pages will have variable width and regardless of width I want the content to be centered (as my template in firefox) Each page will come with a variable height ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Footer comes right after the content of {tag_pagecontent} width 100% of screen variable height (no special request on content ( I will post the 3 x latest news and 3 headlines ) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I do not need anyone with graphic skills because I will make them myself. contact me for further info
