custom script required

Hello - I need a professional coder to write a custom script that will assemble an object together on screen as different components are selected - outlines of shapes first, then to select object fill colors (scanned image files, not flat colors) as selected, changing and displaying selections with pricing for different options selected as they appear, so my clients can choose custom designs to order.
