Assistance for a Website

Hi everybody, I need some assistance for a website. What exactly I need: First of all, I already have the template. I need to make a clickable map to put on the “home” page. This is the map: [login to view URL] With this dimensions. I want to have this effect for my map: [login to view URL] Is not necessarily to be jQuery, you can decide what script is the best for this project. This is just an example. I need a zoom tool like google maps. ( in a few steps ) I need kid of database for my map: Each regions have a number of points, and what I need is after selecting regions, users click on “go” button from my website and go to another page where they see the sum of all points selected. For example, France = 50 points Belgium=30 points and Germany=70 points, after selecting this countries, on the page “go” they must see the sum 150 points. On the “go” page I need to have a file upload tool. Users see on the “go” page the sum of points, upload a file ( photo ) and push a button called “ok” and sent me this informations on my mail. In time I will put photos on the countries, like here: [login to view URL] So, I need to have posibility to edit my map periodicaly. ( in photoshop, adobe illustrator etc. ) So, this is what I want, BUT I NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE THIS JOB JUST FOR 2 ANY REGIONS, NOT FOR WHOLE MAP. And after explain me in a file what excatly you did. What programs have you used, each script you have used, etc. ( I usually work with Adobe illustrator, dreamweaver, photoshop, or Inkscape ). I need to know how to work on this project. :) I need to present this website on the college so, I need to understand. :) Thank you for your time !
