Cross-browser CSS problem

Hi there This is an easy job for someone who knows what s/he's doing I have a website that displays correctly in Firefox/Safari but not Internet Explorer. [login to view URL] When viewed in Internet Explorer (on a Windows machine): - the shadow for the text box is solid black; - when scrolling the text box (see Our Services) the cufon headers don't scroll with the rest of the text; - the gradient background for the text box doesn't sync properly (again see Our Services); - there is a gap at the very bottom of the page under the footer that isn't there in Firefox/Safari I need someone to fix the above as quickly as possible. When bidding please tell me only of relevant jobs you've done in the past.
