clone online backup software

Hi, I want a clone of software for creat a service like the website : [login to view URL] , for the moment i use their software, i want a clone of this for my company . I have a server for backup all data of my client, the backup is only by FTP, with encryptation ( 128 bits ), possibility to modify the name of the software for my resseller ( customisation ), and design different ( see a screenshot at the end ), i want to language ( engish and french ), i can traduce french .
