Java trading platform

As per attached docment This job is to build a java based trading platform that connects by API to a number of trading platforms for data and trade execution for Forex, Futures, Options, Shares etc The MTS platform will have inbuild rule engines that will analysize data and create buy and sell trades automatically excuted with the connected trading plaforms. The MTS platform will have extensive charting capabilities of securities as well as technical analysis indicators. Trades will also be plotted on the charts. We have an existing rule engine that has been coded in VB.net that needs to be re-written and intergrated with the MTS Platform. The rule engine analysis data in the database for financial securities. The rule engine analysizes trends, moving averages, open, high, low and close price and a propriatey swing and trendline algorithm. The succcessful bidder should allow to create an extensive functional and non-functional specification. We would suggest that at least 40 hours is allowed for this document.
