We will provide a list of addresses with co-ordinates (in Ordanance survey format) that should be plotted on a copy of OpenStreetMaps (in longitude,latitude). So the co-ordinates will firstly need to be converted. The user will then be allowed to draw polygons (which are not allowed to overlap but can border each other.) The user will be allowed to name each polygon. The user will have the option to export a list of all the addresses with their co-ordinates and the zone they fall into as an MS SQL table.

Hi, I have done this on google maps. I have drawn the polygons on the given co-ordinates. All the data is stored in SQL database like latitude and longitude. This data is extracted from the database with SQL queries. SQL database is connected with c# program. after lat and longitudes are there, polygons have been drawn on google maps. Recently i am generating KML files to display these polygons. I have whole algorithm developed so I think I know exactly where to start and how to accomplish this. I am very much interested in your project as it is related to my favorite area of research
