I have a wcf webservice

that is on web
and other websites can become my member and consume it online remotely.
but
now I need Android app which should be connected to my webserver,
if another android app wants to consume my webservice
so they can consume it by integrating it in android library.
(example; if a shopping cart is on the web and other sites can consume it remotely.
but same shopping cart wants to give remote service
to android apps
through webservice in android
what needs to be done. Again it is an example)
