building a WebSphere Monitoring tool

hi, I do have 2 self-written applications which needs to be converged together and enhanced with some more functionalities. These 2 applications are monitoring the WebSphere Application Server PMI data and showing the data via Jfreechart visually. The monitoring application is developed as an EAR file and data will be stored in a SQL database. A server for development and testing is already in place. WebSphere Application Server skills (7.0) are mandatory to understand the concept and to make the changes asap ready to go..
