1k Facebook, 1k Twiiter, and 1k Google Plus Likes

Hi, I'm looking for: * 1000 Facebook Likes * 1000 Google Plus Likes ( 5 different URLS) * 1000 Twitter Followers *Fans and likes must be added according to best practices or YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! Please provide me with your complete plan of how you plan to achieve this. I will hire someone who has a good reputation on Freelancer for doing this type of project with great results. I'd like to stick to my budget of $40 for everything. Facebook * All fans must be real people with active Facebook pages * No fake accounts will be permitted, nor any account at risk of being suspended soon (meaning no bots, no fakes, no spam) * 80% of Fans should be from US , and rest 20% from Canada, Australia or the UK * All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of 3 photos. * No spammers or distasteful, illegal or sexually suggestive profile pictures * All fans must have updated their statuses within 15 days. * If the page is banned due to intense Facebook fan growth, then you will not be paid. *Fans must be added slowly (100-200 a day), and progressively to insure a steady growth and not to cause problems for the Facebook account. IMPORTANT: * Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. * Please use only good practices for inviting fans (the Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
