Since last four years, i have been operating my KPO in India with Market Research and Mail order Retail as our Primary focus.

We sell on the following Market places:
Amazon US
Amazon UK
Amazon DE
Amazon FR
Amazon IT
Amazon ES
Ricardo (Swiss)
Fanc (French)
Naaptol (India)
Rediff (India)
Infibeam (India)
Our Primary location for business is India, where Pay pal is not allowed as an payment method. Therefore, we have opened bank account in GBP/EURO/INR for easy payment transfer.
Existing relationship:
We currently work with an American Company, for whom we sell Ladies shoes and an Japanese Company for whom we sell clothes.
Payment mode:
Amazon pays us in 7 days time after the goods has been marked shipped. My supplier update Track and trace number on Amazon or any other Market place, but do not ship the goods.
Once, I receive payment from Amazon and wire them the same, goods are shipped.
To avoid customer complain, we clearly mention International shipper 15-20 days delivery time.
