commission only sales person or team wanted

Looking for professional team or person to lead a sales initative for a 3D and Web services studio based in the UK. The studio is currently being rebranded, and requires dynamic individual(s) to boost the companies sales. 1) The team/person should work on their own initative. 2) The team/person will be paid 10% on leads converted to sales. 3) The team/person will be paid on receipt of funds from sales immediately on fund transferral. We want to establish a long term relationship with the winning bidder, and will reward the successful candidate in bonus' as the sales revenue increase. As a good will gesture we will pay $30 on top of your first commission. We would like you to brief us on how you will lead this sales initative, your previous experience and successes.
