Building an Advertising Campaign

My website has been up and running for 3 years now and we have seen substantial growth. I'm planning on inviting advertisers to advertise on my site and within my Constant Contact E-mail marketing messages. I've been tracking my analytic using Google Analytic, but want to build a document which highlights the most important analytics. For one, I'm not sure what the most important items are, which is where you come in. The final document should be neat, attractive, and display the most important data. Besides the analytics I also need the winner to break down the "type" of member using an excel spreadsheet I provide. My site has over 5,400 subscribers of which some are teachers and some are administrators. In the end, I need a useful document which I can show potential advertisers. I'm also asking that the winner configure my analytics site to display this information in an easy to read dashboard. Again, I'm relying on your knowledge of the most important data.
