Home Improvement Project Leads, USA

I run a Home Improvement Lead development company. We're looking for some qualified advertising and marketing people that can develop leads. A lead is defined as a home or property owner looking for more information on a project they wish to complete in the near future, and are willing to sit down with a professional to learn more about their options. We need the name, address, phone number, and a description of the work requested. Of course the more detail the better, but those are the minimum requirements. We're looking for professionals to use whatever methods they excel in, to deliver a consistent stream of leads. Ideally, we're looking for a new lead developers to deliver 3-5 new leads a day to start, then slowly ramp up from there as time goes by.
