Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can help me maintain a website on the first page of Google.
The site is currently optimized, but I need help in maintaining relevancy for specific keywords. This is a local business so being shown prominently for the city is important.
In addition, the website has lots of blogs that I would like to get used for article marketing.
My expectation is as follows:
1. Respond to messages within 24 hours
2. Communicate progress in timely manner
3. Manual process as opposed to using bots
4. Be able to speak via Skype via VOICE
5. Good command of English
6. Monthly report of rankings for the keywords (as if you were based in local area)
7. Backlink pages need to be at least a PR 1 or more.
8. Pages for the backlinks need to be indexed by Google
