Comic book artists

I want to start up a web-comic book about a newly-wed asian couple in their thirties and want an artist who can create about 75-100 hundred "stock" cartoons of the asian husband and wife in various poses. I can then paste each image into my own comic book panel and create each "episode" using my own text. I would retain all Intellectual Property and would use and edit the images as I see fit.
