Please check the file attached for better understanding everything We would like to make ecommerce website C2C like [login to view URL] Description: • Customers are able to make free accounts on our website and become members. • Members are able to add their products/services on our website after admin acceptance (same idea like [login to view URL]) • Once a customer order this product, an order id will be generated, the member (Seller) will get a notification on his e-mail and inside his account about the order, the member is going to ship the product through [login to view URL] (shipping company will be implemented inside the site and is going to have Order ID for this order, the shipping company knows the sender details (address, name, phone, city, country) & knows the receiver details (address, name, phone, city, country)), • The shipper/seller does not know the receiver details. • The shipper only knows the order id. • The shipper inside his account in the website choose the best time for Aramex to pick up the product. • The receiver/Customer does not know the shipper details. • The receiver/Customer only knows the order id. • Aramex knows order id & Shipper Details & Receiver Details. + the time for pick up the product from the shipper. Aramex Generates Aramex Tracking Number on its website (our website Admin & Sub-Admins , Seller, Buyer can see Aramex Tracking Number). • Once the product is picked up, The shipper will find that the order is completed & within 14 days the shipper will find the product amount – Website Fees in his account. Example: Let's say company fees is 10% Ahmed is seller on our website Ahmed added his product a watch for sale for 200 EGP not 300 EGP Admin accepted the product adding in the Watches Category. Mohamed is a visitor/member; he placed his order to purchase this watch ([login to view URL] October 2015). System Generated Order ID. Example: SOUQ19245 Mohamed received E-mail Notification about the order and the order id appeared inside Mohamed's Account SOUQ19245 on 20 October 2015. To easy track it inside his account Ahmed received E-mail Notification about the order and the order id appeared inside Ahmed's Account SOUQ19245 on 20 October 2015. To easy track it inside his account Ahmed chooses the best time for Aramex shipping company to come to his address to take the product from him. (ex. 21 October 2015 at 1:00 pm) Aramex received the Order ID, Pick Up Time, Ahmed's address phone name city country, Mohamed's address phone name city country. Aramex Generated Aramex Tracking Number (ex. Aramex9009). Seller & Buyer and our website Admin & Sub-Admins can see this tracking number beside the order id. Aramex went to Ahmed and took the product from him Order ID inside Ahmed's Account updated: Picked UP (21 October 2015 at 1:00 pm) Aramex went to Mohamed and gave him the product (ex. On 22 October 2015 at 2:00 pm) Order ID inside Ahmed's Account updated: Delivered (22 October 2015 at 2:00 pm) A Pending Payment of (200 – 10% of 200 = 200 – 20 = 180 EGP) of Order ID 19245 to be declared after 14 days ( on 5 November 2015) On 5 November 2015 Ahmed will find in his wallet in his account in the website Date Order ID Track# Details Amount Total Available 5 Nov 2015 19245 9009 Delivered 180 EGP 180 EGP 22 oct 2015 Ahmed now is able to withdraw his Total Available Balance: 180 EGP Data about the shipment like: Picked up + date&time , Delivered + date&time,… etc can be extracted from Aramex website through the Aramex tracking number.
