Hello, This is a very large, complex and detailed project. The feature set you've described will require a lot of effort and time. Also, the description looks like the features required are very similar to freelancer and other similar online market places (we'll contact the freelancer support and confirm whether such a project is allowed here or not before going to far ahead). This depends up on whether the price tag we've placed is something which you can consider. This is certainly not 3-5 K USD project and will require at least 1 year to get to a beta stage (with the level of quality and detail you seem to demand).
