design logo for outdoor recreational equipment (kayaks,paddleboards, tent, etc.) rental business

My sister (25 years) and I (26 years) are starting an outdoor equipment rental service. We will rent kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, tents, backpacks, hammocks, sleeping bags, etc. As customers book rental reservations, we will deliver the equipment to them. We are naming the company "Honey Bear Paddle Co." after her dog, Honey Bear. Honey Bear is a rescue. When indoors, she is a very sweet, gentle, laid back golden retriever. She moves slowly and almost has a sad look in her eyes. However, when she is outdoors she is a completely different animal. She is energetic, excited, and has an unlimited supply of energy. She loves the water. She is a completely different dog when outside. This detail doesn't necessarily have to be reflected in your design, but I wanted to give some info in case it provides you with any inspiration/influence. I have 5-6 good pictures of Honey Bear to give you an idea of what she looks like and what her personality is. We would like a logo that is a good balance between classic and modern / refined and fun, and something that is fairly simplistic - not overly busy or loud. We thought of ideas such as Honey Bear on a paddle board or in a boat. Maybe a silhouette of her on the board or a *slight* caricature of her face. Also may incorporate crossed paddles somehow - but this isn't a rquirement. We will use the logo on our website and advertising materials. We would also like to have t-shirts with the logo to wear when we are dropping equipment for customers. Honey Bear will be joining us during the drop, so perhaps she would wear a t-shirt or bandana with the logo as well. I'd love to chat and collaborate as much as you'd like, but don't want you to be bound by what I'm throwing out there. Feel free to own it and do anything you like!
