design a cover for my novel

I am a food writer. I've written six cookbooks and have now completed my first novel which will be published in a couple of months. I want a cover designed. The book is called The Camel Trail and is a story which moves from 1840 - 1970, from the Middle East to Gibraltar, Lisbon and London. At the heart of the story is a silver teapot with a spout in the shape of a camel's head. I have a photo of this unusual object. I'd like to incorporate it with the title and my name. Other ideas I had were: ancient maps, authentic Victorian notebooks (which I also have). First thoughts: I want something simple, possibly on white, which I like.
