basic modifications to magento 1.9 madison island template

I would like someone to design on my basic rwd/madison island template i want the site to look similliar to [login to view URL] it will be the replacement for whats there now it doesnt have to be identical but similiar same back ground color main page scrollers for featured and best seller items under main banner i have seen a couple of free extensions for this you can view the site i need it done to at [login to view URL] so basically its change background to pink that matches original site change all little blue accents throughout site like add to cart buttons top bar titles of footer links etc.. to pink that matches logo like original site does add featured and best seller product scroller under the main banner on front page and thats it im guessing this is a 15 to 20 minute job for someone good with magento
