I need a developer to build an rss aggregator that will grab the title page for a search text or words from 3 top search engines and the short text, then write the result to a new webpage automatically every 12 hours. The new webpage should display the title link as would be seen on the search engines and display the final url destination. The website or blog will be new and to be built from scratch.
