Well - I think that using Wordpress doesnt gaurantee you the responsiveness. The current PHP or HTML or whatever version you are using, can be made responsive without using wordpress. However if it depends.. There are situations, where a wordpress theme (free + responsive) can be used to match the design.. So wordpress can be an option some how. Can you show me your website? Tx
