Developer partner for 9gag like website

I'm also a developer (PHP) and prefer working with the Laravel framework (or any other PHP framework for that matter). I am looking to create a team of passionate web developers and start a series of websites that allow people to interact easier and share different types of content. The goal - to find 5 developers to start a web development company. Looking for passionate devs that want to be rich, but love making websites more. I will pay you, but the fame and money you can make by creating popular websites and splitting revenue is much more than a random Freelancer job. Please don't bid if you're some cheap guy that thinks they can sell me Codecanyon scripts for $500. No chance. Only bid if you're a really passionate web developer. Because I know very well that indie devs can't make much money with their.
