Design a rash guard for Relentless Fight Gear

I need a really good designer/illustrator to create a rashguard design for my fight gear company. Our company name is Relentless Fight Gear. We manufacture jiu jitsu gis/kimonos, rash guards, fight shorts, t-shirts, etc.
For this project I need someone to design a sick rash guard design that incorporates our logo and name and style of design with a really unique design concept that people actually WANT!
The design needs to be based on a long-sleeve rash guard and the design should utilize the front, sides, sleeves, back etc.... The idea is that we want a design concept that is so unique and amazing that people WANt to buy it.
I will provide some samples below of competing companies that have some really good rash guard designs so you understand fully what I need.
This rash guard needs to be based around jiu jitsu and as such I was thinking a unique concept would be an alligator/crocodile rolling with a guy in a GI or rolling with a guy in fight shorts with a rash guard on. Alligators/Crocodiles do what is called a "death roll".... when we spar in jiu jitsu we call it "rolling" so I was thinking that would be an amazing concept to tie together?
Having a guy rolling alligator or crocodile would be awesome with other unique design elements (I leave to your interpretation and design inspiration). If you dont like that concept I am open to other ideas as well. This needs to be a SICK design that sells.
I am looking for someone to work with on more designs, projects, etc... so this is intended to be along-term relationship.
