"Little Frog Yoga" is my company. Why the name? I'm little, I live in the UK but originally from France, and I teach yoga. I teach mums with tiny babies not yet on the move (it's not baby yoga, it's for the mums to have the opportunity to stretch and breathe and not have to get a babysitter) I teach beginner's classes, along with regular Hatha to adults of all ages, men and women. The brand is me - I'm 39, mum of a 16 month old, I'm not a show off who posts fancy pics on instagram while squeezed into a pretzel shape. I am approachable and full of love. My goal is to make yoga accessible to the people who are intimidated to walk into a class due to the belief that they either are not flexible enough, not fit enough, don't look the same as the a-typical yogis, and don't know the postures and will look silly. I am fun and bubbly, along with being spiritual and deeply believe in the connection of body, mind and breath for optimum life and happiness. The frog is important, as it's tongue-in-cheek to start with (being French in a England.) But also frogs have a symbolic meaning including cleansing, healing, renewal, rebirth, fertility, abundance and metamorphosis. The frog is generally associated with the water element and carries the cleansing properties of the element. There is also an associated Frog posture in yoga. I like the idea of a frog sitting on a lotus flower. I don't want a cartoony frog as I'm don't want to not appear serious. I like the idea of a blissful, smily frog I wonder whether to have a little frog in a stripy top and a beret..but won't know how I feel about this until I see it. I see the frog (s) in a yoga posture Colour wise - I'd like the frog to be green, but don't mind inclusion of a couple of chakra like colours (purple/indigo/red/orange/yellow/blue) I would like the name of the company incorporated within the design of the logo.
