Design a Paid Membership Website For An Online Personal Training Business

I want to set up an online personal training business website. I'd like for the site to be able to take payments (via PayPal or whatever you suggest), store video, written blogs, and other information, store photos, communicate with others (optional). If possible, I'd like to have a separate level of access for different people based on payments. One level to have access to basic info (workouts, etc...), the 2nd can have access to 90-Day programs, and maybe a 3rd level of access for those that pay for customized programs.
