Design Images for Printed Merchandise

I'm looking for people to work with in coming up with designs for greeting cards, mugs, cushions and bags. These designs will be in a niche category - rude, funny humour. Bids MUST include rate per 20 designs and turnaround time per 20 also. This WILL turn into a long-term project if I find the right people, we have more work available once this project is complete and often need current designs updated etc..
