Design a Brochure

I need someone to design a 6 sided brochure with history facts and pictures of downtown woodland and history of woodland with a timeline. Maybe a map and county Map i am going to donate this template to the city of woodland so it has to look very nice. you are more than welcome to put your signature on back but something that doesn't take up to much space. i want it to be fun and easy so kids will love to read it. I want it to look professional again something Great I want to make sure that everyone understands it so it has to be simple and with lots of pictures with addresses so people can use it as a tourist map too like at hotels, food places and shops. Again this project is a donation so I have limited funding for it.
