Create Vector file for Logo

I have a logo that is in .jpg form. I need someone to create this logo in a vector file at 300dpi for printing, business cards, banners etc. The design is to be exactly like the one i provide just need the adobe illustrator vector file for this so it can be printed and resized without compromising resolution.
One note, the grid lines in the background of the logo are to be eliminated (this was created by accident by original designer), it should be an all white background.
