Copy the homepage design to 70 pages

I have a very simple html minisite that promotes a certain product and currently contains around 70 pages in it ??" which all look the same with just a different text. A designer from RentACoder already designed one page of this site (a version of the homepage - with a CSS file) but he made some small changes to the original structure of the page (Changed some SEO elements), so now we need to fix it (should be very easy to do) and implement this design to all our 70 pages, (No need for any new design work or coding!!). Following you will find some more specific instructions. ## Deliverables To make things crystal clear ? - Here are some specific instructions regarding what we need: 1)? ? ? Our original site is built in tables yet the new design is in div, so all pages of the site should be in div. 2)? ? ? You should not touch the SEO tags of the old site: H1-H3 tags, image alts, bullets, bold words. Anything that is related to the text should not be changed. 3)? ? ? The first thing on the page should be the upper logo. Every logo has a different Alt title so you only have to copy it to each page. 4)? ? ? The H1 tag should remain underneath the logo. 5)? ? ? Next ??" there is a search box that should come in an "include" file. You don’t have to change it in every page. only the "include" should be changed to a new div and a new look. This search form should be placed at the bottom of the page - ONLY in the code, but to the visitor it should appear on the top below the H1. 6)? ? ? ? Then comes the content. 7)? ? ? And then the bottom footer which is also an include file. We would also like to be able to talk over the phone for not more than 20-30 min. (Please include this in your bid).
