Convert scanned design into digital format shapes -- 2

This project must be completed in 48hr from acceptance. Bonus provided if completed before 24hr. I will be selecting a freelancer in the next 1hr. I am live for chat. Create 12 line shape designs for watch strap using exact dimensions from attached scanned image. Dimensions are in Millimeter. Attached image shows 6, 23mm wide shapes (3 watch bands). I also need the same shapes and dimensions in 25mm width Measurements must be exact as they will be used to cut leather. The measurements are to be exact inside the lines. The file must be in PDF form & source file must be provided in whatever program you use. I must be able to print out the design and confirm correct measurements.
