Changes to Wordpess Website & Responsive Coding

We have an already developed Wordpress Website where a certain theme has been incorporated. Now certain set of changes are required on that. Along with those changes the changes are supposed to be made responsive to work on all the resolutions. This is a a long term job. However for the first time we want the successful bidder to do 3 to 4 changes on a very short amount of time and price. This will decide who will be working with us for all the other. Hence, the changes required are as follows: 1. Alter the header to adjust the navigation as per the attached screenshot. Also make it responsive. 2. As per the attached screenshot, the three thumbnails on the home page require the full page effect (on click). Each full page view has a design that is shown in teh screenshot. All the thumbnails view and also the full screen view has to be made responsive. FTP access will be provided to the successful bidder and this has to be completed within 1 to 2 days time. The priority is to get the Desktop View done first and after that we can move on to responsive fixation.
