That is a tool, similar to [login to view URL], where i could:
Rent a car, paying beforehand a booking fee of 10% or the 100%.
Add and quit rental companies, that would be interested on being on offering their cars on the plaftorm. In other words, this would have an administrator panel. Additionaly, every company added should be able to update its own information about its cars disponibility.
At the end, the customer should be able to grade the service, and the company should also be able to grade the customer. (I guess it is needed user´s log in).
