Website has to build from ground up using PHP, MySQL and AJAX tools(Ex: jQuery) using MVC framework. This project is for someone who understands usability as much as website development and a great user experience is a must. Other Details: - I expect the website to have 15 to 25 pages. Website requires users to fill dynamic forms. - This is web application development (not static website) with few dynamic pages. It’s a marketplace website. - Website developed should NOT use on any CMS (joomla, wordpress etc.) - Basic DB design is already available if developer wants to use it. - All the flows are well known and flowcharts will be provided. Developer will not have to spend time on this aspect. - Design and user experience is of utmost importance. Development should start after a satisfying user interface design is agreed. - Being techie/developer myself I understand that every feature/page cannot be developed perfectly in first attempt. So few iterations are expected and I expect you to be supportive of changes suggested - Continuous testing is something that makes any application robust. I will directly involve in testing to ensure that - Payment will be made when specific milestones are achieved, which can be mutually agreed post award of project
