Build a website!

I need a website made with the following features: Login, Checkout, Account Management, Products tab, Radio, F.A.Q, Chatroom at bottom right, Customer support, Gift card purchasing tab, Terms & Services, Staff team, About us, News, Browse tab, Most popular items, Administration control panel, Track order More features added along the way would be great as well! This is my first project request on freelancer, I want this to be worth it. My website relates to the same thing as these websites... The websites I provided above are good websites, I just want something more unique and creative then them. The things that I am looking for in this project, besides the features above are: Creativity, Official, Clean, Neat looking site, Organized, and a website that will grab someones attention more then the sites above I provided. I've been using a free website creator named "Weebly" lately and it has been very upsetting to know that I had to use a website that allows me to make my business site for free. I did some research and I have been saving up to purchase me a official website. So if you're slack at doing what I have requested above please don't bother bidding. I'm looking for a outstanding website to be made, that will make me cry inside because of looking at a good chance I have done for my business.
