I am a native Chinese who good at both English and Chinese. I won a first place on a Chinese essay competition on 2012. I read a lot of books in both Chinese and English. I also good at making a ppt. Therefore, I am confident about this project.

Hi! I am RG, a presentation and layout expert from the Philippines. I am a learning and development specialist by profession. I believe I have the right skills for this job posting, despite being new here in Freelancer. I just signed up a few days ago. :) I have been creating training decks for the past three years for a non-profit. I use PowerPoint and Keynote to design, while I use Garageband for audio recordings. I usually finish a training deck in a week or two, depending on the need. What is your turnaround time for this project? With this project, I need to study it first. To learn what it conveys is key to making it effective for your planned audience. That would likely take me a day. I can send an initial training design the day after (possibly the afternoon). As for voiceovers, I have friends who are Chinese and, who can provide me with the necessary audio tracks. We can negotiate, depending on your turnaround and the complexity of the module. As I've said, I can complete it within a week. Whether you get me or not, I suggest getting a freelancer who has experience in creating learning decks. It's quite different from the typical PowerPoint presentation, because you want recall and retention when it comes to learning decks, like a webinar.
