Build data-handling bit of a website

Building a website to display results of Machine Learning tests we've made and are hosted on Azure platform. There's no ML requirement here, just helping build a front-end to display the results and handle client logins etc. All data will be handled through APIs, so familiarity with these, especially MS Azure, is preferable. Details: - We will have a simple WP parallax landing site that we're putting together ourselves with a blog and a link to log in to the actual service part of the site (the one you'll be working on) - Simple login page will have to be created, together with the ability to manage logins (this will be very simple but needs basic functionality like several logins created for the same company, forgot password function, and ability to check how many tests each person or company has run) - Search page: just a simple search function to find the data the client wants to test. We will have most data stored with us in MySQL, and will be able to pull additional data from an API (API data will be delivered in XML and so require simple conversion before processing). Once you find the data there should be a button or some such to select and run the test. - Results page: will display the results of the test. The MS API will return data as scores, the overall score should be displayed as a highlighted number on the right. On the left there should be a nice table displaying the data that was used for the testing with highlights for the areas of the data that returned a score over a certain threshold. This tests can be run as separate instances to make translation easier (ie if test X returns score > 60 highlight row Y) - Handling the data on the backend is the biggest part of this project but shouldn't be an issue for a developer who has some experience searching and calling out data from MySQL and working with APIs. But this bit needs to function well and be able to handle storing tests that have already been run to use them as a first option and only run new tests/call API data if no scored result is found (we will run a lot of tests in batches to provide quicker response times by storing them ahead of time, but cannot run tests for all possible scenarios) - Apart from this there should be basic navigation ability, and as the site is very minimalist the look and feel of it needs to be very good. Please provide some samples of previous work, especially anything relating to handling data.
